LOL yes I realized the subject line could cause some alarm, so I made sure to put NEW BOOK in the sub-subject line. I sent the manuscript to a friend the other day with the title as the subject line and she thought I was mad at her! Until she read further.

On an unrelated note, can I ask - isn't the Dawnbreaker paperback a really fast turnaround at only seven months after publication? I thought a year was usually the minimum window, but would love if you could talk more about HC/PB publishing logistics and timelines.

Timeline -- yes, it is soon after the hardcover release! I believe my publisher is releasing them close together to put them on bookstore shelves one after the other and get readers to see them together. There was such a long break between Nightrender and Dawnbreaker (more than a year, because I needed the time) that lots of bookstores didn't necessarily have Nightrender on the shelves anymore when Dawnbreaker released. So this is sort of the opposite of that.
