Hellooo newsletter friends!
I’ve been enjoying the new platform and — since I didn’t manage to get my old posts to come over nicely — I’ve been trying to add a few more quickly in order to make it look less . . . empty. The echoey sound was getting to me.
If you want to get newsletters about writing, publishing, and yarn from me, make sure you manage your subscription. (You were not automatically opted in because I don’t like being automatically opted in. If you haven’t gotten a newsletter you were expecting to get, double check your preferences!)
Here’s what I’ve shared so far:
Coming up, I’ve got one about editing your completed manuscript, something about duologies I haven’t finished yet, and a few others. If you want to get them in your inbox (or get notified with the very nice Substack app), make sure you subscribe to those sections of this newsletter.
If you’d like me to cover a topic on one those other newsletters, just let me know.
Speaking of newsletters! Do you already subscribe to Erin Bowman’s? You should. She had a post the other day about whether pursuing publication makes authors unhappy. It’s a good read.
And don’t forget, if you want me to knit a pair of wings for a giveaway, that is still a possibility!
